What did Fernanda need?

This program helps doctors provide the best weight management care for 2-12 year olds. We are updating the computer-based medical record to alert doctors if a child's weight is higher than is healthy and prompt them to counsel families in making healthy changes. This tip sheet will serve as a "cheat sheet" for clinicians as it will outline how to navigate the updated computer-based medical record. Clinicians can refer to the tip sheet when subject matter experts are unavailable.
